ingredients
12 tablespoons (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature
1/3 cup light brown sugar, tightly packed
1/2 cup pecans, chopped in large pieces
1 package (17.3 oz/2 sheets) frozen puff pastry defrosted (i like pepperidge farms)
for the filling:
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled
2/3 cup light brown sugar, lightly packed
3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 cup of raisins (i like golden raisins)

brush the pastry with melted butter |
pile on the goodies |
rollem, slicem and put them in the muffin tin as shown (save and bake each end for bailey) |
ready for the oven |
put em in the oven for bailey and me |
